Indeed, I have a nice little app called Cerberus from http://www.cerberusweb.com that handles and sorts through my incoming support mail, sends auto reply with ticket info and attaches the ticket to the correct techs / staff. Works like a charm, I'd recommend it any day. For those of you with less than excellent budgets out there, this one is for you ;) because they give out free a license for one support email address. So if you only have one like [EMAIL PROTECTED] it wont cost you a dime, their fees for further addresses are quite reasonable as well.
Note: they have a live assistance app as well, but you might want to hold off on getting that one, it's not complete yet.
