A call from PSTN -> GSM costs 0.25 / minute here, GSM -> GSM calls are completely free or only a minor charge (ranging from 0.02 to 0.6 or 0.10 per minute) depending on the number of phones you have and the contract.

Still lots better than 0.25 per minute therefore this is an interesting solution.
