One thing to keep in mind is that Digium will be releasing a quad T1 card
with hardware echo-canceller on-board in the next couple months, and
Sangoma
is going to release their own hardware echo-canceller on-board Quad T1
card
before the end of the year as well.
That product is available and shipping, in both 3.3V and 5V versions.
Upgrades are available for owners of existing quad-span cards, but they
require shipping the card to our facility for a firmware upgrade and minor
physical modifications.
How long has this been shipping... and can anyone report on how well the
onboard echo-canceller actually works?
Are there plans for a TE110P version?
I don't need more than 1 PRI for most of my locations, but I'd consider the
quad card if it actually works.
