You could also check out www.cosmocom.com but they have some issues here. (BTW I have a white paper reviewing all of the players in this space but has a significant investment in the preparation of this so would be a few thousand minimum but would save you a few months worth of work - the carrier that paid for the initial work paid $16,000 but would probably only be looking for $2k if I didn't need to do any work to the existing document).
