My reading of Jeremy's post doesn't look like bashing to me. The user
of the varion product shouldn't be asking other users for the manual.
He should get it from varion. After that post he gets a reply "i try
to contact them. but No reply." Looks to me like your own customer is
the one who said something negative about you, not Jeremy. Suppose the
reply had been "I found what I needed on their website after all. My
mistake." That type of reponse would have been an admission that the
vendor does support what they sell and the end user was so impatient
that he wanted to waste other peoples time.
He is just upset that I voice my opinion not to purchase his hardware.
