how does this work? And to be clear lets define termination. From my perspective I terminate a call on my system and hand off a call onto yours so you or someone else can terminate it. With that in mind does that mean that I get compensated for every call that comes into my network? Or every outbound call from my network to yours? What is the .003 in the subject about?
