how does this work?  And to be clear lets define termination.  From my
perspective I terminate a call on my system and hand off a call onto
yours so you or someone else can terminate it.  With that in mind does
that mean that I get compensated for every call that comes into my
network?  Or every outbound call from my network to yours?

What is the .003 in the subject about?  

Basically give me the whole sales pitch :)
