Well digium is a registered trademark depending on where they really are
(domain registerd using network solutions anonymous service), web server
appears to be in/near Mass, phone number goes to los angeles area
(anahiem) it shouldnt be too hard for digium to protect their trademark
if they want.
However its curious that in your email about this company, you posted
their url so many times ...
