I'm currently in Argentina.  I've used Teliax with some Asterisk
setups in the in the past.  Its one options I'm currently considering.
Just seeing what else is out there.

+1 Teliax , but I'm biased so I don't know if my vote counts.  Where are
you at and how is the quality of your bandwidth?

Try to ping voip-co2.teliax.com and see how the latency is.
