I second that. A good real world example: Speakeasy. Do I have a problem paying $120/month for a 6Mb/1Mb DSL connection? Not when it's reliable and I can reach a compentant person in minutes where there is a problem. Value wins over cheap in most cases, and the cases where it doesn't are cases you rarely want to visit.
