This is in Timor Leste (East Timor), close to Australia. A lot of
earthquakes, but it is still a good place!
If you need any information about Timor Leste, I'm a former UN IT
specialist and I worked in Timor for some time...
I deployed the first government VoIP project over 2 years ago, but local
regulations prohibited ANY voip activity. It's nice to know that this
has now changed!
