Well Paul after looking over a very old bill (when we tested them months
ago) it looks like they do some strange billing... They round up the
minutes (so 1.1 mins becomes 2 mins) and also it seems as though they
round up the billed cost to the closest cent. :)

Without looking at Voicepulse's website I would assume 6 second
increment with an initial 6 seconds. I know its kind of stupid to say
it like this but it makes more sense when you get into international
rates where it would be something like 6 second increments with an
initial 30 seconds.

Cheap of the cheap would run you about $0.013 (maybe a little less).
A higher end termination could cost $0.02 - $0.04 (depending on who it
is there is a lot of variation)
For Blended Rates...
You could expect anywhere from $0.003 to $0.08 (depending on where you
are calling in the US)
