Nop... Thats software licences you need to buy. If you have the 4 port
model, you can take it up to 120 calls... you just need the activation
keys...

What limit does your box have ? AFAIK the 4960 base model can handle 15
calls. If you need more you may be able to purchase hardware from Patton to
allow you to have more concurrent calls.

i have problem with random one way audio when 15 and more calls on sn4960 
do you have this problem too?
