I got four (4) minutes of billable time from that:

1 to take the complaint by phone from a client
1 to find my password to SSH in
1 to see it was just the cbeyond nameservers that were down
1 to call back the client and tell them it was fixed

I guess I could have saved that last minute as the calls
coming in and going out kind of spoke for themselves.
