that does not matter on this list, this is not a political list, it is not a compassion list, it is not a middle east list, it is a asterisk business list, that requires 2 components - asterisk and business. Even support requests get the same treatment, because they belong elsewhere (like the asterisk-users list). This topic does not deal with asterisk (or telephony that can be related) and business, as such it does not belong here. There are plenty of places on the intarweb that it does belong, but this is not one of them.
