No it's a mobile number.
Basically in Australia calls to mobile from both landlines and mobile numbers are charged at a timed tariff per minute. (but the cool thing is you don't pay to receive calls if you are the mobile owner). Btw I hope you realized I have nothing to do with them, just answering your question.
