We use a2billing for more than 2 years.
The new a2billing 1.4 has an agent feature that the original poster would be
interested in using.
It has never billed wrong.

FUD! Tell your customers to find better tech guys.
I admin some a2b servers from three years, they billed millions of calls and if
there were any billing complain,
it always resulted to be on carrier side.
