I also found their customer service is unmatched and sent them steaks from Omaha Steaks in Nebraska. At least we know they are eating well. We have multiple years behind multiple foneBRIDGEs without a single issue. Keep up the good work Redfone! (I wish they would do a small box for analog pots lines). Jim
_____ From: asterisk-biz-boun...@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-biz-boun...@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Rob Rothberg Sent: Tuesday, November 10, 2009 10:03 AM To: Commercial and Business-Oriented Asterisk Discussion Subject: [asterisk-biz] RedFone FoneBridge2 Dual T1/E1 for sale I have a used dual FoneBridge2 for sale as seen here: http://www.voiplink.com/foneBRIDGE2_DUAL_p/fonebridge2-dual.htm My cost was $1210.88 and I have the original receipt. I'm selling for $800 which includes shipping and insurance I originally started out using a RockForce Quattro+ but then needed more lines and wanted to run Asterisk in a VM. And there were no device drivers that I could use in a virtualized environment, so I went with a TDMoE solution. The FoneBridge has probably been the most solid piece of hardware I've ever owned. It worked flawlessly, running 24/7 for 2 years with zero down time. It was used 98% for outgoing faxes (20,000+ pages per month) and 2% for outgoing phone calls. I was using Hylafax -> Trixbox -> TDMoE -> T1 I found that when I needed help to initially configure it, Mark Warren and his guys at RedFone remoted in and configured it for me at no cost. Their customer service is second to none, especially when I never needed to contact them again other than to send them a gift card for Outback Steakhouse as a thanks :).
