  Though _I_ know Jai is didforsale, not everyone who comes across this
  does.  If you didn't know that, and it isn't disclosed in that email,
  you'd think Jai is a really happy customer of didforsale and is moving
  away from Vitelity due to cost.  But that isn't the case!  Jai _IS_
  didforsale and I read it that he was attempting to promote his service
  posing as a customer, not the owner.

  That's why I and I suspect others called him on it.
