Hi, I need a virtual call centre. I don't want to get involved with the hardware at all, so I'd like to pay (monthly?) to have it hosted on someone else's equipment. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada if that matters. I only need 2 lines to start, unless more can be done for negligible extra cost. It'll be virtual, in that calls will be transferred out to one or more cell numbers (maybe to Skype also if we can meet their Jul 26th deadline). It can all be done with key entries only, but Voice recognition would be nice if I can afford it. I've worked out a very simple call plan that let's users: 'dial-through' an intro; enter * at any time to go back 1 step; enter # at any time to get transferred out to an operator; get credit card info; and transfer to my cell. The only 'catch' might be that I want (to use SIP?) to keep track of the duration of the transferred calls. I'd like to have it tested and ready for August 1st, but still need to done it even if we have to miss that deadline. I am semi-technically literate and would like to help in any way if I can reduce the effort on your side.
