I am looking for someone that can provide me with SMS-enabled DIDs for the US as well as inbound and domestic outbound voice and text. SIP/G729 for voice, SIP/MESSAGE or SMPP (or suitable web service API) for text.
Demand will ramp-up over 6 months to 2000 DIDs, 1M minutes, 1M messages. Per-minute and per-message rates must be below $0.01. Please contact me off-list.
