For what it’s worth, we had this exact issue with Flowroute.  However, 
Flowroute’s support was very helpful and we ultimately tracked down the problem 
to their upstream’s interconnect with T-Mobile.  It took several weeks to 
resolve, but I can’t fault Flowroute for something out of their control.  I 
share this story to make two points: 1) Your reverse DTMF issue may not have 
anything to do with Vitelity’s network, and 2) Flowroute’s support is pretty 
great.
