We are pleased to offer both inbound and outbound survey campaigns
capabilities while  running voice based campaigns,  both incoming callers
or recipients of auto generated outgoing calls can now take part  in voice
based survey  that can serve upto 10 questions and store  callers /
recipients responses  to be presented  graphically to admin  as  summarized
form  or  detail form (call detail records )
