How do I set "opermode" in the wcfxs driver (I want to configure my fxo for
use in the UK)?
As far as I can see the driver expects this to be supplied as a numeric
value in the device flags, but I can't work out how/where to set this value.
There doesn't seem to be any way of supplying this as a kldload parameter...
