Dear AST-BSD list... My current asterisk1.4.4/zaptel1.4.1 PBX, has a problem.
Sometimes, all comunications from the zap channel, are getting dropped. in the logs, i see things like this: Jun 5 12:34:36 pbx kernel: wcte11xp: Setting yellow alarm Jun 5 12:35:11 pbx kernel: wcte11xp: Clearing yellow alarm and in asterisk i see: [Jun 5 12:34:36] WARNING[52644] chan_zap.c: Detected alarm on channel 1: Red Alarm [Jun 5 12:34:36] WARNING[52644] chan_zap.c: Unable to disable echo cancellation on channel 1 [Jun 5 12:34:36] WARNING[52644] chan_zap.c: Detected alarm on channel 2: Red Alarm [Jun 5 12:34:36] WARNING[52644] chan_zap.c: Unable to disable echo cancellation on channel 2 ... Using Primary channel 16 as D-channel anyway! [Jun 5 12:35:11] NOTICE[52644] chan_zap.c: Alarm cleared on channel 1 [Jun 5 12:35:11] NOTICE[52644] chan_zap.c: Alarm cleared on channel 2 [Jun 5 12:35:11] NOTICE[52644] chan_zap.c: Alarm cleared on channel 3 after the alarm are cleared, PBX comes out, and ppl can make calles again. The telco says its a problem comming from the PBX. They are monitoring the comunications, and they see a "LOFT" alawm signal comming from the PBX. Im pretty lost here, as im not really an expert. If anyone can give me an advice about this, it woule be greate! In the meaning time, im buying a Sangoma A101, and crossing the fingers its a bug in the digium hardware. This problem, present like 2-3/day. thanks in advance.
