You could use a database variable. Make an extension that sets your variable to DAY or NIGHT DBput is the application that does that
In your dialplan, use DBget to retrieve the variable from the database, and use that to make a decision on how to route the call. There are a few options you could use: The variable could be the time of day that night begins (lets him set it to activate later) The variable could be the extension in a custom context to go to (build a mini-ivr that sets the variable to a number of choices, ie. IVR, cell, voicemail, IVR then cell, etc.) Good Luck. -Tim On Tuesday 03 July 2007 03:00, Farooq Ahmed wrote: > Hi all, > As we know we can configure in astersik like before 5:00pm calls go to > reception and after 5:00 pm calls go to some mobile no.
