This is indeed strange. I looked at the script install.sh and see where it's
changing directories. By omitting the other steps which install the packages,
etc.... and just executing the cd commands, everything works fine.
This isn't an easy one to put your finger on...but I'll keep looking once my
eyes wake up...it's early here in Miami.
