This problem persists with:
 - FreeBSD 6.2-p10
 - Asterisk 1.4.17
 - Zaptel 1.4 revision 169

I really want to track this down but am having trouble understanding
chan_zap.c's caller-id spill and cadence code.

Any feedback at all on this would be great,
-Michael
