This in my opinion was a completely unnecessary flame.
We all have to start somewhere, and Asterisk has probably the steepest
learning curve of any software I have every seen due to its complex and
modular nature, the "newness" and "unstableness" of its codebase, and it's
lack of documentation and HOWTOs.. (the documentation IS comming along, but
is not yet complete)

Steven, in future please try to be polite, and try not to inflate the already
poor reputation of the way the Asterisk list treats newbies.
