that the list would be the right place to talk about the behaviour
during/due to transfers.
the problem is that a external caller who is transered by an internal
calle, inherits the Transferoptions of the channel
he was transfered from. ie:
a calls b. a is not able to do transfers ( dial (||t) )
b transfers a to c. a is now allowed to do transfers.
but i dont want an external caller to be able to do transfers.
(even if the cant reach anything usefull in the context they are
"jailed" to)

but IMH i dont think that this is a correct bahaviour of a PBX.
