Well, then we need to get coordination between the format bits in the
IAX2 spec and the ones in Asterisk. If there are going to be format
bits
specified in IAX2 that are not implemented in Asterisk, we'll need

least reserve those bits so we don't accidentally use them.
We can reserve them in RTP as well.
I thought about accepting one AMR codec and use our codec_gsm, since
it's
part of AMR.
