Friends,

When people report bugs in Mantis, they want to help. I feel really
bad when I find bug reports that was reported weeks, if not months
ago, with no single comment from anyone.

Isn't this what the bug marshals are for? Making sure that bug reports
get at least some feedback?

Can we all please make sure that we keep an eye on this and respond,
even if we can't resolve the issue. There's always something to say,
if nothing else "Thanks for reporting this" to make sure that the
reporter knows that someone has seen it.

I've also found many bug reports in the wrong category since the
mantis upgrade. I would really appreciate that bug marshals go through
mantis and make sure we have the right category on reports. 90% of my
time in Mantis is spent with a chan_sip filter turned on, so I won't
see bug reports outside of that category.

Thank you all for your help in managing Mantis. It's a never-ending
task, but you learn a lot about Asterisk by reading and working with
the bug reports.

/Olle
