    Since we unfortunately don't have a substruct for ICE values - and there's 
about a bajillion other parameters - go ahead and prefix the new parameters 
with 'ice' or something similar-ish.
    
    In particular, the originate_rtp_addr parameter should be obvious that it's 
only applicable to an ICE session.
