Did you do something like:

    # asterisk -vvvr
    *CLI> sip reload
    *CLI> quit

or

    asterisk -rx sip reload

to force Asterisk to reload the SIP configuration?

The similar behavior in Cisco systems is different and the phone can't dial or dialed.
Using command "sip unregister" didn't resolve this.
