Well, Digium's Asterisk GUI.   :-)

It is the GUI used on Digium's Asterisk Appliance (AA50) and AsteriskNow.
It's a work in progress however development is quite active and Digium has
one commercial product, the AA50 already using it.  The latest development
releases are also installable alongside standard open source Asterisk.  See:
