The problem chan_iax is giving you, is an error because
that user is calling in as a guest (because the context is configured
out by the user entry)

eg  (trimmed)
[6001]
context=blah

Then calls come into [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I need iax2 debug so I can see why the registration is failing.
