 Not in Asterisk 1.4.x,

 but with 'asterisk 1.6.0' and with 'asterisk trunk' you can achieve the same 
by 
 making sure your url has the word 'private' in it. This also works for static 
content.

 For example, http://localhost:8088/static/config/private/something.txt
 will be only served if the http client is authenticated/logged-in via manager 
and
 has an active session.
