HI,
Our system is alive now. The analog phones are working good. I'm trying to
introduce a Grandstream GXP2020. I can make and receive calls with it but I
can't check voice mail. Here is the log:

I can check voice mail with a softphone.
I've poured over the GUI looking for any place to make this work but no joy.
What am I missing?
