I don't know (haven't tried myself) but Kostya V. Ivanov's 'R' patch to the dial application (december 2002) might be of help for you. Check the archives for Barge (Intrusion) Capabilities. It might be some manual work to apply after all the allmost daily CVS changes but worth a try!
