The CPE Info shows: CPEID: 40:00:36:55 Geom: 20x5, 6 button
When I run their internal diagnostic, it gives: FW 0.30 CPE 41003655 EE FF Out of curiosity, could you (TC) reprogram your phone with the current CVS just to make sure it hasn't changed or something?
