Two issues with using "Background"..

1) Background plays GSM files while moh uses MP3..

2) Background will play the whole file before moving on so I would need to make a file 
that will play for the number of seconds that I want to wait for user input..where as 
WaitMusicOnHold has a configurable timeout..
