I never see that, the only solution that I can think about is that if you want to run two applications at the same time, based on the info transmited using port 5060 is to have a second machine as a Sniffer with the interface in promiscuous mode listening port 5060.
Also, the sip device should be sending the packets to both ports, and I don't know still any SIP device that do that, just they use 5060 because the standard recommends his use.
