Not sure if you got hte info but Bootrom 3.0.1, basically once you
install it, you can't go back. So no going back to 2.6.1.

Now iwth the SIP Image, 1.5.2 seems a little bit better than 1.4.1. The menus have definitely changed for the better and are more
intuitive to use. With SIP images, you can go from 1.5.2 to 1.4.1 so
there's no danger in trying out 1.5.2 and seeing hw you like it.

Hope this helps. I'm currently running BootRom2.6.1 with SIP1.5.2. no problems so far.

Hey all,

Just getting started playing around with my Polycom 600. According to
the wiki, it looks like it's recommended to run BootRom 2.6.1 and SIP
1.4.1. Is that info still current, or is it safe to upgrade to 3.0.1
and 1.5.2?

Justin
