The 2102 does have a built in Web server. See manuals at support.bctgroup.ru/mediatrix/2102/ If you have a refurbished unit, perhaps the web server was disabled, or the password was changed. Try reset to factory settings. It is possible to disable the factory reset, and conceivable that the previous owner did that.
