You are wrong in not reading the available sample configurations and configuration files. Read the sip.conf that is installed when you install with "make samples" and check information and pointers available on the wiki.
A hint: host=127.0.0.1 means that this peer is not allowed to register. host=dynamic means that the peer is supposed to register.
