This is happening because it is using the caller id struct members for CVS HEAD instead of the ones for v1-0. If you send the file to me I can fix it in a few minutes for you or you could try going to the lines where you get the error change each appearance of cid.xxx for its corresponding value in the ast_channel struct. For example:
cid.cid_dnid --> dnid PS. Not all of the fields can be mapped so easily.
