Yes, I am aware of such switches. I was trying to stay with something that I could configure and forget. ALL the linksys gear I have owned, needed to be poked and prodeded sometimes. IE, Linksys routers stop passing traffic, a simple power cycle fixes everything. I can't be rebooting the switch with calls going on, and VPN sessions etc.
