answer: SetCIDNum(0${CALLERIDNUM:2:20})
shows 20 digits of the number but strips the first 2, additionally a 0 is added 
at the beginning.

yes, it is basic - but is it thoroughly documented somewhere? i'm sure that 
there are lots of other syntax possibilities...
