Ok, in addition you are confusing the 102 with the 102D. If you had done your homework 
you would have noticed that the 102D (see the big D?) is a different model.

Than one has the 16x2 LCD and 3 way conferencing. I spent a lot of time studying these 
phones.

So no, you don't have that phone. check http://www.chagres.net
