Hi, I saw (and it's works), that you can mix the realtime and static mode.
In extconfig.conf file configure to use sip.conf in realtime ... ;realtime sipusers => mysql,pbx,PBX_sip_buddies sippeers => mysql,pbx,PBX_sip_buddies ... Don't delete the sip.conf file! In the sip.conf file define only the [general] section with your register variables and use sip_buddies table to define your SIP client.
