Which version of Asterisk? What linux distribution? What kernel version?
What cards exactly? (3 cards?)
Could you please post /etc/zaptel.conf and /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf ?
What is the output of 'cat /proc/zaptel/*' in the linux CLI ?
'zap show channels' in the asterisk CLI ?
